Anatomical Location: Located on the anterior forearm, midway between PC-4 and PC-6.

How to Locate:

  1. Turn your hand palm up
  2. Find the crease where your wrist bends
  3. Measure 3 finger-widths up from this crease
  4. The point is between the two main tendons you can feel
