Anatomical Location: Located on the upper arm, lateral to the biceps muscle, below LU-3.

How to Locate:

  1. Find the outer edge of your bicep muscle on your upper arm
  2. This is on the thumb side of your arm
  3. Locate the groove beside your bicep muscle lower down on your arm
  4. The point is in this depression lateral to the muscle
