GB-30 - Jumping Circle
环跳 - Huán tiào
Point Region: Leg
GB-30, or 'Huantiao' (meaning 'Jumping Circle'), is a major point for sciatica and hip pain. Located on the side of the hip, its name refers to its ability to address issues related to the 'hip' and 'leg,' as well as a sense of 'jumping' or 'spasms' in the legs.
As a local point, Huantiao is primarily used for issues related to the hip and leg, such as a stiff hip, a sore knee, and a sense of 'weakness' in the lower body. It is a go-to point for 'tonifying' the Kidney and 'strengthening' the body as a whole. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Huantiao acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the entire body.
