How to Locate:

  1. Locate the bony prominence behind your ear (mastoid process)
  2. Feel for the depression just behind this bone
  3. Place your finger in the hollow behind the mastoid
  4. This is GB-10, posterior to the ear
  5. Apply gentle pressure to this sensitive area
