Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: 6 cun below BL-36, on the line connecting BL-36 and BL-40.

How to Locate:

  1. Place your hand on the back of your thigh, about halfway between your buttock and knee
  2. Feel along the center line of your hamstring muscles
  3. Press to find a tender spot in the muscle - this is BL-37
