BL-15 - Heart Shu
心俞 - Xīn shū
Point Region: Back
BL-15 Xinshu, the Back-Shu point of the Heart, is the ultimate point for harmonizing the spirit and blood. In Chinese medicine, the Heart is the 'Emperor' of the body, housing the mind and spirit. This point is a direct line to the heart, helping to regulate its functions and soothe the mind.
As the home of the spirit, Xinshu is a cornerstone for treating emotional and mental imbalances. It's invaluable for soothing anxiety, calming a restless mind, and promoting a sense of inner peace. It also helps to invigorate the blood, which is essential for nourishing the heart and mind.
By nourishing the Heart and regulating its energy, BL-15 addresses a wide range of issues, from insomnia and palpitations to depression and memory problems. It's a point that reminds us that true health begins with a calm heart and a peaceful spirit.
