Anatomical Location: On the upper abdomen, 2 cun above the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline, level with CV-10.
How to Locate:
- Find your navel and measure 2 finger-widths straight up
- From this point, move 2 finger-widths to the side
- This is above your navel level on your abdomen
- The point is on the side of your upper belly
