How to Locate:

  1. Make a loose fist
  2. Find where your middle finger touches your palm
  3. Open your hand and locate this spot
  4. The point is in the center of your palm

  2. Locate PC-8 (center of the palm, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals, where the middle finger touches when making a fist)
  3. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to clear emotional heat and calm the Shen
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and softening the brow
