Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: Located at the elbow crease, medial to the biceps tendon.

How to Locate:

  1. Bend your elbow slightly
  2. Find the crease where your elbow bends
  3. Locate the tendon on the inner side (thumb side)
  4. The point is just to the inner side of this tendon

PC-3 Protocols

Heart Heat & Arm Tension Relief (3 minutes)

  1. Sit with elbow bent and palm facing up
  2. Locate PC-3 (on the transverse cubital crease, ulnar side of the biceps tendon)
  3. Apply gentle pressure with thumb for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to clear heat and ease arm tension
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and relaxing the chest
