Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: Located at the elbow crease, medial to the biceps tendon.
How to Locate:
- Bend your elbow slightly
- Find the crease where your elbow bends
- Locate the tendon on the inner side (thumb side)
- The point is just to the inner side of this tendon

Heart Heat & Arm Tension Relief (3 minutes)
- Sit with elbow bent and palm facing up
- Locate PC-3 (on the transverse cubital crease, ulnar side of the biceps tendon)
- Apply gentle pressure with thumb for 30 seconds
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to clear heat and ease arm tension
- Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and relaxing the chest
