How to Locate:
- Turn your arm thumb side up
- Find the groove between your forearm bone and muscle
- This is about 7 finger-widths up from your wrist crease
- The point is in this groove on the thumb side

Acute Cough & Chest Tightness Relief (3 minutes)
- Sit with forearm resting palm-up
- Locate LU-6 (on the flexor aspect of the forearm, 7 cun above the wrist crease)
- Apply firm pressure with thumb for 30 seconds
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to ease chest discomfort
- Repeat pressure while exhaling slowly and softening the chest
