Anatomical Location: Above clavicle, near posterior margin of sternocleidomastoid.

How to Locate:

  1. Locate your collarbone (clavicle)
  2. Find the area just above the collarbone
  3. Feel for the neck muscle (sternocleidomastoid)
  4. Apply firm pressure near the back edge of this muscle
