八风 - Bā Fēng
Point Region: Foot/Toes
EXT-38, or 'Bafeng' (meaning 'Eight Winds'), is a set of eight extra points located on the feet. Its name refers to its ability to address issues related to the 'feet' and 'ankles,' as well as a sense of 'stiffness' or 'pain' in the feet.
As a local point, Bafeng is primarily used for issues related to the feet and ankles, such as a stiff foot, a sore ankle, and a sense of 'weakness' in the feet. It is a go-to point for 'clearing heat' and 'regulating' the flow of energy in the feet and ankles. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Bafeng acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the feet and ankles.
