EXT-21 - Four Blossoms
四花 - Sì huā
Point Region: Upper back
EXT-21, or 'Sihua' (meaning 'Four Flowers'), is a set of four extra points located on the back. Its name refers to its ability to address issues related to the 'four' major 'organs' or 'systems' of the body, such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys.
As a local point, Sihua is primarily used for issues related to the chest and back, such as a stiff chest, a sore back, and a sense of 'stuckness' in the chest. It is a go-to point for 'clearing heat' and 'regulating' the flow of energy in the chest and back. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Sihua acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the upper body. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the entire body.
