BL-8 - Declining Connection
络却 - Luò què
Point Region: Head
BL-8 Luoque, or 'Declining Connection,' is a paradoxical point of release and harmony. Located on the back of the head, its name suggests a gentle letting go, a severing of what no longer serves us. This point specializes in calming the spirit and harmonizing the senses, especially when they feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Think of Luoque as a quiet retreat in the midst of a noisy world. It helps us to release the mental and emotional baggage that accumulates in the head and neck, such as persistent tension headaches, dizziness, and a restless spirit. It’s the point to choose when you need to quietly let go and find inner peace.
By encouraging a 'declining connection' to external chaos, BL-8 helps to restore balance and inner tranquility. It’s a powerful point for those suffering from stress-induced conditions, offering a gentle pathway back to a state of calm and clarity.
