Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: On the face, at the medial extremity of the eyebrow, in the supraorbital notch.

How to Locate:

  1. Locate the inner end of your eyebrow where it starts near your nose
  2. Place your finger on the bony ridge just above your eyebrow at this inner corner
  3. Feel for a small depression or notch in the bone - this tender spot is BL-2

BL-2 Protocols

Eye Strain & Tension Relief (3 minutes)

  1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes
  2. Use your thumbs to gently press BL-2 (medial end of the eyebrow) for 30 seconds
  3. Massage in small circles for 1 minute to relax the brow and relieve eye fatigue
  4. Repeat pressure for another 30 seconds while breathing slowly
