Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: On the dorsal forearm, between radius and ulna, level with TE-6 but slightly radial

How to Locate:

  1. Turn your arm palm down and bend your wrist back slightly
  2. Find the groove between the tendons going to your ring finger and pinky at the wrist crease
  3. Measure 3 finger-widths up your forearm from this wrist groove, then move slightly toward your thumb side
  4. This groove between muscles on the thumb side of your forearm is TE-7
