Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: On the dorsal forearm, between radius and ulna, level with TE-6 but slightly radial
How to Locate:
- Turn your arm palm down and bend your wrist back slightly
- Find the groove between the tendons going to your ring finger and pinky at the wrist crease
- Measure 3 finger-widths up your forearm from this wrist groove, then move slightly toward your thumb side
- This groove between muscles on the thumb side of your forearm is TE-7
