Anatomical Location: Located on the anterior thigh, in the groove between the rectus femoris and vastus lateralis muscles.
How to Locate:
- Sit with your leg relaxed
- Find the groove between the two main muscles on the front of your thigh
- Locate the point about 2 inches above your kneecap
- The point is in this depression between the front thigh muscles
