Anatomical Location: In the depression on the medial wrist crease, near the ulnar styloid process.
How to Locate:
- Turn your hand palm up
- Find the crease where your wrist bends
- Move to the outer edge (little finger side)
- Feel for the bony bump and the depression next to it
