LI-10 - Arm Three Miles
手三里 - Shǒu sān lǐ
Point Region: Forearm
LI-10, or 'Shousanli' (meaning 'Arm Three Miles'), is one of the most powerful and well-known points on the Large Intestine channel. Its name alludes to its far-reaching influence, suggesting that it can help you walk 'three miles' without fatigue, similar to the famous leg point Stomach-36.
This point is a major tonification point for the upper body, helping to strengthen the arms, improve circulation, and combat fatigue. It's an excellent point for a wide range of conditions, from arm pain and numbness to issues with the neck and shoulders.
