KI-27 - Shu Mansion
俞府 - Shū fǔ
Point Region: Chest
KI-27, or 'Shufu' (meaning 'Shu Mansion'), is the terminal point of the Kidney channel. Its name, 'Shu Mansion,' refers to its position as a final 'mansion' or 'residence' for the Kidney channel, where all the energy of the meridian can be accessed and regulated.
As the terminal point, Shufu is a go-to point for a wide range of conditions, from a cough and asthma to chest pain and shortness of breath. It is a vital point for 'tonifying' the Kidney, helping to restore vitality and strength to the entire body. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the upper body.
Shufu acts as a vital access point to the heart and lungs, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of balance and harmony. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the upper body.
