HT-2 - Cyan Spirit
青灵 - Qīng líng
Point Region: Upper arm
HT-2, or 'Qingling' (meaning 'Cyan Spirit'), is a local point on the upper arm. Its name refers to its ability to bring a sense of clarity and ease to the spirit, much like the 'cyan' or blue-green color of a clear sky.
As a local point, Qingling is primarily used for issues related to the arm and shoulder, such as pain, numbness, and swelling. It is also used to address emotional and mental restlessness, as it helps to 'calm the spirit' and clear heat from the channel. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of peace and tranquility to the mind and body.
Qingling acts as a vital access point to the upper arm, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of balance and harmony. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the upper body.
