Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: Mid-thoracic region, paraspinal area adjacent to T6.
How to Locate:
- From the prominent bone at the base of your neck (C7)
- Count down six vertebrae to the sixth thoracic vertebra (T6)
- Move half a finger-width to either side of this vertebra
- Apply firm pressure to the paraspinal muscle
