EXT-24-4 - Huatuo's Spine Gap 4
华佗夹脊 - Huá Tuó Jiā Jǐ
Point Region: Back/Spine
EXT-24-4, or 'Huatuojiaji' (meaning 'Huatuo's Paravertebral Points'), is a set of extra points located on the back. Its name refers to its ability to address issues related to the 'spine' and 'back,' as well as a sense of stiffness and pain.
As a local point, Huatuojiaji is primarily used for issues related to the spine and back, such as a stiff back, a sore back, and a sense of 'weakness' in the back. It is a go-to point for 'tonifying' the Kidney and 'strengthening' the body as a whole. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Huatuojiaji acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
