Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: On the upper back, adjacent to T1, in the paraspinal region.
How to Locate:
- Locate the prominent bone at the base of your neck (C7)
- Count down one vertebra to the first thoracic vertebra (T1)
- Move half a finger-width to either side of this vertebra
- This location in the paraspinal muscle is EXT-24-1
