GB-1 - Pupil Crevice
瞳子髎 - Tóng zǐ liáo
Point Region: Head
GB-1, or 'Tongziliao' (meaning 'Pupil Crevice'), is a local point located on the outer corner of the eye. Its name refers to its position in the 'crevice' of the 'pupil,' where it can be used to address issues related to the eyes and vision.
As a local point, Tongziliao is primarily used for issues related to the eyes, such as a stye, red and swollen eyes, and a sense of 'wind' in the eyes. It is a go-to point for 'clearing wind' and 'brightening' the eyes, helping to restore a sense of clarity and focus. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Tongziliao acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the upper body. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the entire body.
